The environment is important to us at Luken + Co. Therefore, we ship orders in recycled, recyclable, or compostable shipping bags or boxes.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be automatically calculated at checkout and will vary based on the form of shipping selected. We offer USPS shipping within the United States. Due to current shipping delays, please allow 7-10 days for your order to ship.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Return Policy


Extended Holiday Return Policy

Purchases made between November 16, 2021-December 24, 2021, can be returned for a full refund until January 31, 2022. For items purchased outside of this time frame, our standard return policy applies.

Standard Return Policy
We want you to love our products. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your return of unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be sent via USPS; we cannot accept return packages via FedEx, UPS, or other carrier at our address. The cost of shipping the return is the responsibility of the customer.

Additionally, the original shipping charges will not be refunded. If you would like to make a return, please contact us at along with your order number for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns received without an RA cannot be processed.

Successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method used. Please allow up to 7 business days from the date the return is delivered back to us for processing. Once processed, your refund will post to your account in 3-10 days.

Sale Items
Sale items are final sale and do not qualify for returns. Please make your selections with care and review all product information before completing your purchase.

We accept exchanges if requested within 14 days of purchase. All exchange items need to comply with out return policies listed above. The cost of shipping the exchange is the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, the exchanged items will be shipped to the customer at the customer’s expense. All exchanges are final sale, no further returns or exchanges can be made. Please email us at along with your order number to request an exchange.

We cannot make price adjustments on previous purchases.

Damaged or Defective Items

We value quality and do our best to ensure quality products goes out. However, if you
receive a damaged or defective item, please send a picture of your item immediately
along with your order number to for a replacement.
